Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as liaison for the unit to occupy the facility when completed and provide construction management for various PMO projects. Work on projects, including administration or operational facilities, and community support and quality of life facilities, including bachelor enlisted and bachelor officer quarters. Coordinate and consolidate user requirements and collateral equipment needs. Provide technical assistance and professional advice to each PMO to ensure that building and code criteria are technically accurate. Perform functional reviews to ensure compliance with the basic criteria package, and report discrepancies requiring corrective action. Identify discrepancies or inadequacies in structure, systems, and functional or performance reliability in relation to U.S. standards. Confirm discrepancies or inadequacies are corrected. Present project status to all levels of command. Maintain close contact with tenant agencies, higher echelon Marine Corps and Navy engineering personnel, representatives of other U.S. Military Services, GOJ representatives, and other personnel. Facilitate utility clearances, power and water outage requests, site visits, equipment tests, inspections, and warranty corrections. Investigate proposed changes during construction, making recommendations to each PMO. Coordinate and monitor accomplishment of milestones for construction projects, monitor project construction status and present project status to all levels of command, identifying problem areas and recommending or preparing corrective actions. Provide timely and accurate inputs into the program schedule. Assist and support each PMO as needed with PM responsibilities for criteria based development of Charrette Documents, BCPs, and designs of various facility projects. Provide technical assistance on construction contract modifications, criteria development and compliance, functional layout, maintenance and technical requirements, standards, and construction and project scheduling.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with vertical and horizontal construction projects on U.S. Military Installations
- Experience with Microsoft Project Tools, Blue Beam, or development construction management reports, trackers, or Project Management Reporting Tools
- Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Host Nation Construction Processes and Procedures
- Ability to identify and communicate project construction risks to the Project Sponsor or Stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with project scheduling such as Primavera or MS Project
- Experience in Budgeting and Construction Cost Controls
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
