ServiceNow Quality Engineer
Key Role:
Work in tandem with multiple Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) teams to deploy ServiceNow products, and services. Participate in the software development life cycle, including sprint planning and review meetings, design test scenarios, and test cases. Identify and prevent defects and work with developers to correct any defects found. Provide customer demonstrations of the new functionality for UAT sign off. Support maintenance releases for multiple ETSS applications. Support the integration testing of ServiceNow in a collaborative environment with customers and team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with quality assurance, including creation of test cases, test suites, requirements traceability, and end-of-test reports
Knowledge of functional testing, backend testing, automation, and data validation using web-based applications
Ability to assess and interpret functional requirements into testable scenarios
Ability to create and update test cases and perform requirements traceability to ensure all requirements are covered
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with testing ServiceNow or similar applications
Experience with backend and data validation testing
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
