Future Operations Planner

The Opportunity:
As a Future Operations Planner, you’ll bring strategic, operational, and tactical expertise in conducting Mission Planning, Course of Action development, Wargaming, and orders production in support of real-world operations in Europe and Africa. You will lead and participate in deliberate crisis action planning in response to global events that have a national level impact. Additionally, you’ll provide research and analytical and technical expertise in the development of operations and war plans, and assist in the planning and coordination of exercises, training, and operational activities in support of the emerging requirements.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience with deliberate and crisis action planning coordination and development 
• 2+ years of experience with the Military Decision-Making Process, planning, coordinating, and executing military operations at the Division level or higher
• 1+ years of experience working with multinational forces
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with Strategic Planning and OPLANS  
• Experience working with NATO
• Experience with Knowledge Management
• Master’s degree
• Graduate of Advanced Military Studies School

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
