The Opportunity:
The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure task order resources can make the most impact.
As a subcontracts liaison on our team, you’ll create processes and strategies to ensure success between the contract's finance and subcontracting team. You’ll work with Program Management, Subcontracts, Program Controls, and Client Teams to develop management plans for your client to secure subcontracting support for FEDSIM task orders.
Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you’ll help the client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with Client Teams, Program Controls, and Subcontract Administrators. This is your chance to work on high-visibility, large impact FEDSIM task orders while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team.

You Have:
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Knowledge of government contracting
Ability to think critically
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including Power BI
Knowledge of subcontracts agreements
Knowledge of Task Order subcontracts goals
Ability to manage large sets of data
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
