At Booz Allen, you’ll use your industry knowledge to develop solutions in support of mission-oriented training. We’re seeking your advanced advisory skills to join our team to help deliver creative solutions to complex problems. 

As a highly motivated senior Integrated Fires SME, you will be a trusted advisor, working with program office stakeholders to include Department of the Navy commands, DoD components, front-line employees through senior executive staff, system engineers, and mission integrators to develop a mission-centered learning strategy or roadmap.

In this role, you’ll identify and analyze doctrine, organizational information, training, materiel, leadership and education, processes, systems, capabilities, manpower, personnel, and policy for mission-alignment to help develop solutions and a way forward to improve and modernize Information Warfare training for mission requirements. The emphasis is in the Information Warfare domain to include Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR), Information Operations (IO), and Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC). You’ll apply advanced consulting skills with technical and analytical expertise. You’ll strategize and develop innovative solutions to complex training problems, and collect, analyze, and deliver intelligence information for the Navy that keeps people safe.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with Information Warfare systems including supporting military, government, intelligence community, and cryptologic missions

  • Experience as an operator of Information Warfare systems and capabilities, including sea-based and shore-based systems

  • Knowledge of Joint Multi-Domain OTH-T, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I), Fires Operations, and Fire Cell Support

  • Ability to provide detailed documentation and share critical information on technical aspects, systems, and processes

  • Ability to present strategic messages concisely in verbal or written format to senior executive leadership, steering committee members, and other decision-makers

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as an engineer, including requirements definition, system development, integration, and installation support for multi-platform Information Warfare systems
  • Experience designing, developing, and evaluating blended and scenario-based training focused on tactical employment of OTH-T systems and associated training documentation

  • Experience with Over-The-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T) missions, defensive counter measures, and integration of current systems, software, and training

  • Experience with naval systems, including Human Analysis and Requirements Planning System, Content Planning Module, Learning Object Module, CANTRAC, FLTMPS, SAILOR Web, and Intelink

  • Knowledge of National and Fleet IW architectures, network designs, and collection systems

  • Knowledge of signals intelligence, information operations, cyberspace, electronic warfare, integrated fires, and electromagnetic spectrum operations, interoperability and their data communication, and flow

  • Ability to think creatively and effectively communicate thoughts both in terms of structured narratives and visual graphics

  • Ability to develop associated training, strategies, and integration abilities for future Information Warfare capabilities

  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
