The Opportunity:
Are you ready to tackle the complexities of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and help our clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of cybersecurity? We are looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Project Manager who can transform intricate workflows into clear, actionable plans.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to understand the mission and cyber risks of our DoN clients, develop effective authorization strategies, and create robust policies and procedures. You will lead a dedicated Assessment and Authorization team, providing day-to-day guidance as they manage client tasks and achieve compliance for the client’s cybersecurity portfolio. You will be expected to gain a deep knowledge of the client projects, handle budget and staffing challenges, and report to the client and Booz Allen contract leadership. You Have:
10+ years of experience in Navy programs
3+ years of experience with cybersecurity or Risk Management Framework
2+ years of experience in project management or leadership
Experience with eMASS
Knowledge of afloat programs and the cybersecurity challenges and needs
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies and procedures for assessing and authorizing the cybersecurity of Navy systems and platforms
Experience with USN Submarine programs
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
