Job Description
Key Role:
Administer existing subcontracts with a focus on subcontractor relationship management, terms and conditions, proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation across a myriad of program types, including systems development, technical and professional services, and fixed-price engagements. Lead your team’s operational performance with a focus on strategic vision, growing capabilities and offerings, and implementing industry trends and best practices. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions to senior leaders and program leadership. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor and supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with procurement or subcontracts, including supporting large and complex proposals for U.S. government programs, or civil or commercial clients
Experience with evaluating or negotiating agreement terms and conditions
Experience creating, reviewing, or auditing file documentation in compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements
Experience with serving as a business advisor or key functional integrator, aligning people, processes, or systems to ensure quality support to programs
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive business-oriented solutions to challenging problems
Experience with negotiating various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price, Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), and Indefinite-Delivery, or Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types
Experience with federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or IDIQ vehicles
Ability to manage a diverse staff
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with product procurements
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on demand of requirements or workload
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organization, consultative, and problem-solving skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
