Key Role:

Develop, lead and support matrix technical teams providing solution concepts, architectures, plans, and narrative elements in support of high-profile aerospace captures, proposals and other business development efforts. Support complex technical bids, including identifying clients’ requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and communicating client impact. Support competitive and competitor assessments. Apply leading-edge technical principles, theories, and concepts throughout the capture campaign life cycle. Maintain responsibility for ensuring solution designs and architectures will score strengths and resonate with client. Work on complex problems and provide innovative solutions for the highest of priority opportunities. Communicate effectively with the capture team, senior leadership, teammates, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for government clients in one of the following, including systems engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software defined systems, digital solutions, aerospace or defense platform solutions, such as ground systems, C2, C4ISR, space systems, Nuclear, Air Power, or AI/ML

  • Experience with proposal development and bid submission

  • Experience with opportunity capture management

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience developing complex technical solutions for large captures

  • Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary technical teams

  • Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with corporate teams, clients, and industry partners

  • Experience with the business development life cycle and solution-selling methodologies

  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

  • Master's degree

  • Shipley, APMP, Lohfeld, or Capture Processes Training

  • Professional Proposals, Capture Mgt, or Solution Architecting Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
