We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically-minded, and collaborative analyst to join the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and deriving insights from complex corporate models that forecast key financial metrics and inform internal strategic decision-making and external messaging.
As a leader within Corporate FP&A, you will have broad responsibility for working directly with senior- and executive-level clients to develop fiscal year plans and operational budgets and track performance throughout the year. You will lead all aspects of financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis in support of components of Booz Allen’s enterprise organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to identify financial risks and opportunities, providing advice and recommendations to mitigate cost impacts. You will champion financial processes, tools, and best practices. You will guide clients through routine processes and adhere to the published cadence for budget and forecast updates, quarterly accruals, and fiscal year cut-over activities continuously driving process and technology improvement to achieve more efficient and effective financial oversight. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
3+ years of experience in a financial modeling and reporting role
Experience in translating complex financial information for senior leaders
Experience leveraging partnerships in the business to influence decision making
Experience using Excel to analyze complex data and create financial models
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
Nice if You Have:
Experience in the government contracting industry
Knowledge of the accounting treatment for IT or software
Knowledge of federal cost accounting standards
Possession of excellent presentation, analytical, and collaboration skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
