Job Description
Key Role:
Provide support as a Solution Advisor by providing expertise and knowledge transfer sessions. Support the implementation of commercial electronic health records (EHRs) product capabilities and taxonomy to enable understanding in partnership with subject matter experts. Review task orders and deliverables and ensure they are received on time and completed accurately per program requirements. Provide support to the government solution team by assisting with analyzing tickets for configuration or workflow changes, requirements, and alignment to model or baseline standards. Assist in reviewing lessons learned and help incorporate findings into the solution. Attend various workshops and assist or support federal staff attending the events. Assist with managing, escalating, and resolving trouble tickets and change requests. Support reporting requirements, mapping, or identification. Assist in the development of EHR test scripts and support all testing events. This position is a hybrid role with Booz Allen. Candidate is expected to work onsite at a Booz Allen or client facility 20-50% of your time, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment
- Experience addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, and informatics
- Experience leading projects to completion
- Ability to work independently to build, design, and develop software products
- Ability to perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects
- Ability to identify risks and issues
- Ability to travel to workshops up to 3 times per year
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, CS, or Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal clients
- Experience implementing EHRs

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
