All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

Are you ready to take your intelligence career to the next level? We’re seeking a strategic All-Source Analyst with regional expertise and a passion for solving complex security challenges. On our team, you’ll integrate open-source and classified reporting, geopolitical insight, and military analysis to produce assessments that directly inform senior leaders, operational planners, and policy makers across the U.S. government.

In this role, you will focus on the activities of foreign competitors, particularly Southeast Asian actors, and their influence on African nations. You’ll shape and drive analytic production that helps Combatant Command and interagency stakeholders understand foreign intent, regional dynamics, and strategic risk. You’ll also have the autonomy to identify information gaps, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver high-impact briefings at the general officer or flag level. Your analysis will shape real-world decisions on posture, policy, and planning—informing senior interagency leaders on today’s most complex and consequential challenges.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience producing short and long form intelligence products in compliance with ICD 203 and ICD 206
  • 3+ years of experience as a Southeast Asia political or military capabilities (MILCAP) analyst
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters
  • Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs)
  • Experience integrating with cross-functional or staff-level teams to support planning, decision-making, and operational execution
  • Knowledge of cyber and space domain threats, including adversary capabilities, doctrine, and systems to support accurate threat representation in operational planning and mitigation efforts
  • Knowledge of DoD, IC, and COCOM mission sets
  • Ability to deliver high-quality mission products that translate complex technical and threat data into clear, actionable insights for operational planners and senior decision-makers
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis

Nice If You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source analyst
  • Experience conducting analysis related to African political, security, or socio-economic issues
  • Experience conducting network analysis and using visualization tools, such as the Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis, to convey findings and illustrate threat relationships
  • Ability to display a Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) score of 2/2 or higher in a critical Southeast Asia language
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including briefing senior leaders and cross-organizational collaboration

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
