Job Description
Key Role:
Support Department of Defense Information Networks (DODIN) operational planning and the client’s readiness planning and performance analysis process to improve readiness. Articulate performance gaps, identify barriers to execution, and develop solutions to achieve an integrated enterprise approach to readiness recovery. Coordinate operations, activities, and interests, draft summary reports, analyze operations and assessments to determine measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and write information papers on DODIN topics of interest.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with afloat and shore-based Navy networks such as CANES, IT-21, and One-Net, and information technology systems
Experience with data analytics and data analytic platforms
Knowledge of joint operational planning processes
Ability to create and deliver presentations and briefings to senior leaders
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams functions
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting a cyberspace strategic and operational environment or cryptologic mission in a professional environment, or 14+ years of experience supporting a cyberspace strategic and operational environment or cryptologic mission in a professional environment in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience implementing process improvement frameworks for supporting root cause analysis, including Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Reengineering
Experience serving in or working with Navy Defensive Cyberspace Operations or DODIN
Experience engaging and coordinating with stakeholders to track tasking, develop schedules, and facilitate meetings
Knowledge of afloat Navy network dataflow
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, IT, or Organizational Change
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
