As a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Subject Matter Expert, you’ll bring your technical, analytical, and training development expertise to support U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) and the SIGINT community. You’ll research, analyze, assess, and support SIGINT and Crypto-Linguist training programs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements, approved Programs of Instruction (POIs), and evolving threat environments. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex training systems, policies, processes, and methodologies supporting joint and Service-level intelligence missions.

You’ll impact the work we do for Marine Corps intelligence and training commands and the solutions we deliver for SIGINT force readiness, training modernization, and mission effectiveness across the operating forces. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience supporting SIGINT operations, training development, or intelligence community mission areas

  • Experience supporting MCIS, formal schoolhouses, or Service-level intelligence training commands

  • Knowledge of USMC SIGINT and Crypto-Linguist training, Marine Corps Systems Approach to Training (SAT), and POIs

  • Ability to analyze training requirements, assist with developing curriculum products, and brief USMC operating forces and supporting establishments

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness (T&R) Manuals, Marine Corps Orders and Directives, and joint intelligence training standards

  • Ability to draft white papers, curriculum management documents, and analytical products for senior leadership

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, education, or a related field

  • Intelligence Community or training-related Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
