Program Acquisition Subject Matter Expert and Instructor, Lead

As an acquisition program management subject matter expert (SME) and instructor, you understand the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. You Have:

• 15+ years of experience in program management
• 5+ years of experience with space acquisitions
• Experience managing contracts
• Experience coaching senior leadership and instructing or facilitating workshops or small groups
• Experience breaking down complex programmatic problems into small pieces with proposed solutions
• Knowledge of evaluating and making recommendations based on earned value management data
• Knowledge of government or DoD reporting structure
• Knowledge of acquisition processes, technical baselines, configuration control, and space systems integration
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in schedule and roadmap creation and design
• Experience at Space Systems Command
• Experience with system engineering
• Experience in artificial intelligence prompting
• Experience in basic Microsoft office applications, such as MS Project and Copilot, and ChatGPT

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
