As an Intelligence and Counter‑Unmanned Systems Expert, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic intelligence, multinational coordination, operational planning, and MDMP, DOTMLPF‑I, high‑level joint or coalition engagement, and special operations experience to work alongside thought leaders in digital, analytics, engineering, C‑UAS technology, and mission systems integration on projects for joint force operations, special operations intelligence enterprises, and emerging counter‑unmanned systems missions. You’ll use your skills and expertise as you analyze, assess, develop, and guide integrated intelligence and counter‑UAS mission solutions supporting U.S. and allied partners.

You Have:
20+ years of experience leading military forces in operations or intelligence
Experience leading large organizations of 100 personnel or more and supporting enterprise‑level missions
Knowledge of intelligence analysis, enterprise risk assessment, and operational planning
Ability to brief senior leaders and synchronize multinational coordination
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with special operations forces, including intelligence and mission support
Experience supporting overseas deployments or deployment‑related operational environments
Experience with Counter Unmanned Systems mission areas, including threat analysis and layered defense concepts
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in defense and intelligence missions
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree in a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
