Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. On our team, you’ll use your problem-solving skills to support scientific and IT-focused projects. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to assess project requirements and define priorities and milestones. Leverage your experience with synthesizing complex information to support creation of clear documentation, reports, and presentations, as well as scientific and public health materials for project customers and users. Alongside these responsibilities, you will proactively scan for process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to elevate team performance. You’ll take initiative to design and implement improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen coordination, and enhance project outcomes. As a forward-thinking, go-getter contributor, you will independently identify ways to move the needle on complex scientific and IT focused initiatives, bringing a continuous improvement mindset that drives innovation and strengthens the impact of our work.
