Systems Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in national security? Would you like to learn about your customer’s environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission? Then your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.

As a systems analyst, you’ll work with a team of other analysts and engineers to assess the next generation of Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies and solutions by employing various modeling and analysis tools to provide the U.S. warfighter dominance of the Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum. You’ll also use programming skills to build and maintain post-simulation analysis tools and occasionally develop/modify actual digital simulations.  You will conduct large scale simulations at the mission level coupled with selected “deep dives” at the engagement level.  Your analytical skills will translate voluminous outputs from stochastic simulations into concise reports and graphics supporting a wide range of DoD decision makers.

You Have:

  • Experience with data reduction, statistical analysis and operations research techniques
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, Windows, and Linux
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with modeling, simulation, and software development in C/C++ and FORTRAN
  • Knowledge of Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS), EW methods and analysis, mission analysis, electronic support, electronic attack, electronic protection or radars

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
