Job Description
Key Role:
Provide expert mission, management, and technical consulting to the most critical cyber and intelligence missions. Perform as the mission leader for UK intelligence and defense matters. Work with a team to create and execute a strategy for business expansion to support the intelligence and defense community. Meet with government clients to determine critical strategic and technical needs. Apply expert knowledge to consult with clients and solve operational challenges. Evaluate business opportunities within the intelligence and defense community to grow mission support teams to address these client needs. Identify and analyze staffing needs and vet technical and operational personnel to build high-performing teams. Possess a passion to roll up sleeves and get involved with the operational and technical work to support the client mission.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
15+ years of experience with national-level security agencies
Experience with APTs
Experience growing and leading technical teams
Experience managing tasks, projects, and programs >$10M GBP
Knowledge of technical TTPs
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelorâs degree
Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with international partners
Experience as a UK government employee or uniformed military staff
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâs particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâs total compensation package for employees.Work Model
