In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to modernize and secure health applications for Veterans Affairs. You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to drive the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a software quality assurance, tester, or test engineering role

  • 5+ years of experience with test management software, such as Jira or Forum

  • 5+ years of experience with project management and QA methodology

  • 2+ years of experience using VistA

  • 2+ years of experience with CPRS

  • 1+ years of experience with MUMPS

  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of experience in software test engineering, or Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in Release Management

  • Experience providing guidance to junior and mid-level software quality assurance engineers

  • Experience creating automated testing scripts

  • Experience working with end-users

  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing

  • Knowledge of 508 Compliance requirements and testing

  • Public Trust

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
