Acquisition Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Advise and assist with the development, management, and maintenance of enterprise-level acquisition and engineering strategy, policy, and guidance. Coordinate the integration of people, processes, and tools throughout the acquisition strategy, policy, and systems engineering life cycle. Coordinate cross-organizational acquisition boards, communications, teams, meetings, and committees throughout the acquisition life cycle and internal and external stakeholder engagement methodology. Prepare responses, reports, and documentation for congressional, departmental, and external stakeholder data calls, advising clients on acquisition planning, processes, and requirements generation. Assess and interpret congressional, departmental, and other stakeholder legislation, regulation, and maintain acquisition strategy, policy, and guidance. Support the Integration of DoD and DHS acquisition tools and systems. Leverage expertise with methodology and coordinate policy document adjudication and action tracking, supporting the development of acquisition milestone performance monitoring methodology and modeling.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with conducting service, supply acquisition, or procurement management

-Experience with leading the development, management, and maintenance of DoD or DHS enterprise-level acquisition strategy, policy, and guidance

-Experience with using Microsoft products

-Secret clearance required

-MA or MS degree

-PMP Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-MA or MS degree in Technology, Business, or Management

-PM DAWIA Level III Certification preferred
