Acquisition Program Integrator

Key Role:

Work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to architect and plan large-scale space and ground C4ISR system acquisition programs. Help the Air Force integrate the GPS system across a large stakeholder community and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. Lead and manage portions of the acquisition management process for DoD acquisitions at the Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC). Analyze the development of acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Participate in source selections and perform technical evaluations of offer or proposals. Prepare, process, and review various acquisition documents to ensure compliance with established processes and policies. Provide acquisition knowledge and counsel to the program office.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations

-Experience with project management and leadership

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to interact well in cross-functional team meetings and professional environments

-Ability to interface with internal and external clients

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the military C4ISR systems

-Experience with the DoD acquisition system

-Experience with GPS and navigation technologies and systems

-Experience with working new technology programs for embedded systems

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree preferred

-Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level II or higher
