Advanced Communications Signals Analysis Instructor

Key Role:

Train experienced signals analyst collection personnel to function as subject matter experts in the fields of signals search, analysis, and development. Provide the knowledge and expertise necessary to perform fine grain analysis and reporting of known, new, and unusual signals in any signals research equipment configuration.  Provide in-depth instruction on advanced modulation techniques, advanced bit-stream analysis, and advanced protocol analysis. 

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with cryptologic or national SIGINT operations
-Experience with performing signal analyst duties
-Experience with using Microsoft Office tools

-Knowledge of the Navy's End-to-End (E2E) training process, including the delivery of a Course Training Task List (CTTL), Training Course Control Document (TCCD), and Course Master Schedules (CMS)

-Knowledge of tactical and national SIGINT operations

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED
-Previous training or Instructor assignment
-Advanced Communications Signals Analysis (452) Graduate, including Navy Enlisted Code 9149 or C19A, Army MOS 355K2, Air Force Specialty Code 1N2X1-2ZY, or USMC MOS 2621

Additional Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in a SIGINT shipboard leadership role

-Ability to analyze SIGINT information and conduct classified and unclassified research using Intelligence Community (IC) research tools

-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphical training products

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-US Navy Master Training Specialist designation or service equivalent

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required
