Agile Scrum Master

Key Role:

Partner with teams to help them evolve from simply getting delivery practices up and running to operating in a high performing manner. Coach, mentor, teach, and facilitate delivery teams and individuals in the adoption of agile, adaptive processes that promote continuous learning, feedback, and value-based delivery. Apply extensive technical expertise and full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of an assignment. Guide the successful completion of major programs and function in a project leadership role. Interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with facilitating Agile Scrum teams in software development, hardware development, logistics product development, and business process management 

-Experience with using JIRA and Confluence software application to manage Agile Scrum teams

-Ability to demonstrate quality leadership and responsibility, including managing multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams related to engineering services

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
