All-Source Counterintelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on individuals, platforms, industries, and companies, including employing advanced open source and foreign language research, social media and network analyses, and classified data research to provide clients with deep insights that directly support operations, targeting, and risk management. Provide support to operational assessments involving the identification, analysis, and evaluation of entities related to foreign threats and client operations. Research, collect, and validate data. Impact operations and work with a group of diverse and accomplished colleagues in a priority area of responsibility (AOR).

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with conducting open source research, all-source intelligence analysis, or targeting

-2+ years of experience in the intelligence community

-1+ years of experience with supporting client operations

-Experience with conducting competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, open source research, or market research

-Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional social media and digital platforms

-Experience with assessing and integrating intelligence, including open source and classified, from specific or multiple disciplines on personnel, places, or activities of interest

-Knowledge of advanced Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases

-Ability to employ behavioral and technical research methodologies and tradecraft and brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research succinctly

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing analysis of foreign country news media

-Experience with researching in a foreign language, using internationally-focused Web sites

-Experience with offensive and defensive CI operations or investigations

-Experience with CI concepts, principles, and practices in planning and conducting a full range of CI support to operations, investigations, and analysis

-Experience with MENA region culture, military, religion, foreign policy, and politics

-Knowledge of CI functional areas, technologies, analytic tools, and communications processes to act independently to support CI activities

-Ability to speak and read Arabic or Farsi at an intermediate level  

-Ability to accomplish tasks under limited supervision and on a short schedule

-Ability to work both in team environments and independently

-Ability to adapt to new client requests as mission or operational priorities change

-BA or BS degree in Business Intelligence, International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, Linguistics, or Middle East Studies or Humanities
