Appian Implementation Lead, Senior

The Challenge:

We’re looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to lead the development of enterprise case management solution from vision to production-ready system.

This role is more than just coding. We need an experienced full-stack developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using Agile life cycle development and a COTS-based case management platform, you’ll build case management applications and provide technical leadership for major tasks or technology assignments for a case management implementation. Establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. We are modernizing case management capabilities on Cloud-based infrastructure. Your team will analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build digital solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. You Have:

-10+ years of experience with managing large business process definition and case management for Appian solution implementation, including large complexity and business criticality

-8+ years of experience with planning, designing, and conducting studies, including risk analyses, contingency planning, and feasibility studies

-Experience with interpreting client requirements and initiatives to provide guidance and direction to solution architects, database administrators, data architects, or technical business analysts to ensure adherence to standards

-Experience with providing leadership throughout project components, including vision, strategy, metrics, information governance, organization and roles, information life cycles, and enabling infrastructure

-Experience with applying expertise in analysis assessments in technical or business areas, including providing guidance to members of IT and business teams

-Experience with facilitating change, including collaborating with senior-level stakeholders and ensuring the integration of the various parts of the enterprise architecture program, such as business, data, application and technical work

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
