Business Developer

Key Role:

Drive major capture efforts from start to finish, lead capture efforts or support business staff in especially demanding captures, and lead the capture of priority opportunities, as required. Maintain responsibility for the success of one or more firm-wide “must-win” opportunities. Manage complex captures led by senior-level employees by coordinating market analysis, competitor analysis, gap analysis, and teaming activities in alignment with the firm's strategies and objectives. Mentor and guide capture team members on the capture process and business development. Coordinate large-scale proposal efforts and firm-wide initiatives and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth. Interact directly with multiple senior-level leaders and coordinate all phases of capture activities and strategy development. Maintain a broad, collaborative network across the firm and engage in speaking opportunities, networking, and publishing to build an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in capture management and business development.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with analyzing and executing capture plans for system development and maintenance efforts, including working the business development life cycle from opportunity identification to proposal development
-Experience with executing Command and Control and C4ISR technical programs

-Experience with working aspects of the Nuclear Enterprise across the DoD
-Experience with the current portfolio of STRATCOM IT systems
-Knowledge of USSTRATCOM mission and supporting activities

-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance preferred
