Business Development/IT Market Lead

Key Role:

Provide functional oversight for multiple, dispersed project delivery teams while driving major IT capture efforts from start to finish, leading capture efforts or supporting staff in especially demanding captures, and leading the capture of priority IT opportunities, as required. Maintain responsibility for the success of one or more firm-wide “must-win” opportunities. Manage complex captures led by senior-level Tampa-based leadership by coordinating market analysis, competitor analysis, capability gap analysis, technical solutioning, and teaming activities in alignment with the firm's strategies and objectives. Mentor and guide capture team members on the capture process and business development. Coordinate large-scale proposal efforts and firm-wide initiatives and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth. Interact directly with multiple senior-level leaders and coordinate all phases of capture activities and strategy development. Maintain a broad, collaborative network across the firm and engage in speaking opportunities, networking, and publishing to build an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in technology delivery, proposal technical solutioning, capture management, or business development.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with analyzing and executing capture plans for system development and IT operations and maintenance efforts, including working the business development life cycle from opportunity identification to proposal development

-Experience with managing client delivery teams in both prime and subcontractor roles ranging in size from 5-20+ FTEs

-Experience with executing C4ISR technical programs

-Experience with supporting IT projects in support of a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) mission

-Knowledge of the portfolio of C4ISR systems, especially as it relates to the GCC and military operation capabilities

-Knowledge of US Operation Command and USCENTCOM mission and supporting activities

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working aspects of the US Operation Command or USCENTCOM enterprise and the relationship with broader DoD and Service initiatives

-TS/SCI clearance preferred
