Business Process Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Focus primarily on managing projects for a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) client, staffed with a diverse group of professionals supporting various process and strategic consulting initiatives in the client organization. Exercise time, personnel, and scope management expertise in a dynamic environment in support of government clients and leverage the opportunity to positively shape a progressive government organization and subsequently increase the efficiency by which they support the warfighter. Lead or support teams to drive process improvement engagements. Develop current and future state scenarios and perform gap analysis and implementation planning, including the development of implementation roadmaps. Collect data via multiple formats, including third–party research, one–on–one interviews, or focus groups. Work with C4ISR in improvement initiatives. Act as a key coordinator between clients and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise–wide integration of reengineering efforts and the application of best practices, including e–Business practices.


Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects

-4+ years of experience with project management

-3+ years of experience with interfacing and presenting to executives

-Experience with commercial or military logistics and presenting complex subject matter to diverse audiences, including senior government officials and senior members of the firm

-Knowledge of military acquisitions

-Knowledge of supply chain management principles

-Ability to develop high quality spreadsheets, papers, presentations, and various data products in support of C4ISR sustainment strategy

-Ability to manipulate project management software to manage complex, lengthy tasks in support of multiple government agencies

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with military organizations as a veteran, contractor, or government civilian

-Experience with supply chain management in the commercial sector, the government, or as a military member

-Experience in applying organizational design methodologies with government clients

-Experience with Visio

-Knowledge of the Army C4ISR community, organizations, and missions

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-PMP Certification preferred

-LSS Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certification


Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
