Business Process Analyst

Key Role:

Provide business process reengineering (BPR) expertise in support of process improvement engagements with the client’s major division and offices. Assist with leading the deployment of LSS support across the organization, including training development and delivery, identification of projects, project execution and support, and continued monitoring of projects being conducted across the organization. Support teams to drive process improvement engagements, develop current and future state scenarios, perform gap analysis and implementation planning, including the development of implementation road maps, collect data via multiple formats, including third-party research, one-on-one interviews, or focus groups, and work with clients on improvement initiatives. Develop productive outputs in the form of measurable gains and display full leadership expertise that influences others and allows employees of an organization to accept change.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects

-1+ years of experience with interfacing and presenting to senior clients

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

-Green Belt Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Navy or USMC agencies

-Experience with Minitab

-Knowledge of Navy Lean Six Sigma practices

-Knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement practices

-Knowledge of BPR practices

-Ability to execute and lead process improvement projects
