Business Process Analyst

Key Role:

Work with organizations to analyze the redesign of technical business processes and provide clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Participate in technical studies to evaluate business systems requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist the project manager with high-priority projects. Interface with programmers and analysts to explain solutions. Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements or alternatives.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with management, technical, or business analysis fields

-Experience with Microsoft Office products

-Knowledge of business process reengineering (BPR) fundamentals

-Ability to gather data, research, analyze, design, and develop recommendations, and communicate through briefings and written documents

-Ability to develop and maintain process workflows, other artifacts and required documentation

-Ability to provide full meeting support, including scheduling, planning, and documenting meetings

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army recruiting processes and Army personnel records or an Army recruiter role

-Experience with using Visio and PowerPoint to develop process flow graphics and visualize organizational structures, processes, and timelines

-Experience facilitating meetings with leaders and peers

-Experience with the Agile methodology

-Ability to be a self-starter, multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision

-Possession of excellent team-oriented, presentation, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
