Key Role:
Work with organizations to redesign business processes. Provide management consulting on organization redesigns and new business processes and maintain responsibility for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects. Apply expertise in a particular industry. Create conceptual business models and identify relevant issues and considerations when selecting application software packages. Assist a business development team with writing and presenting proposals. Maintain contact with middle and senior level staff. Leverage expertise in project management skills, support practice development initiatives, and advise on and review the work of junior personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
-8 years of experience with assessing organizations' business operations and functional baselines to define a direction and strategy
-Experience with consulting on the effects of new business processes
-Experience with writing and presenting proposals
-Knowledge of the business of a particular industry
-Active Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with project management
-BA or BS degree in Business Management preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
