C4ISR Architect and Integrator

Key Role:

Conduct threat assessment and survivability analysis of C4 infrastructure and systems and provide a survivability plan for the preparation of short- and long-term strategic planning documents. Develop threat analysis reports and recommendations for C4 Force Protection Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), roadmaps, AARs, assessments, and information papers. Conduct analysis of deliberate and contingency planning efforts associated with C4 infrastructure and systems within the JFACC and AADC missions. Provide recommendations regarding strategic and long-range plans. Provide analysis of OPLAN-specific issues for existing and future C4 system employment requirements. Provide briefings, POA&Ms, and whitepapers and analyze installation requirements drawings, acquisition or systems engineering documentation, and system and platform specific requirements.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with C4ISR system integration and support, including planning the upgrade, installation, commissioning, testing, management, and support for C4ISR systems

-Experience with supporting the design, development, and review of C4I design artifacts, including CONOPS, requirements analysis, interface design, and C4ISR system architecture development

-Experience with the operator and maintainer competency levels needed to support C4ISR system operation, maintenance, and life cycle supportability

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications

-5+ years of experience with interfacing between internal and external stakeholders regarding C4I policies, network design, configuration and certification, installation and integration challenges, procurement, and ILS

-Experience in recommending process improvements to achieve efficiencies and cost savings, including interfacing with government technical project managers to ensure support provided meets or exceeds all work performance objectives and standards

-Experience with aspects of C4 planning in support of exercises, contingencies, and operations for an Air Force client

-Ability to interact with Air Force and sister Service senior officers and officers of Allied Services


Clearance:
