Cloud Migration Engineer, Junior

The Challenge:

Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to build a system that will have a positive impact?  As a software developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We’re looking for a developer with the skills needed to build enterprise software from vision to production-ready system.

This role is more than just coding. We need a software engineer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, and identify and implement system improvements. You’ll design and oversee cloud computing strategy (including cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring), application architecture and deployment in cloud environments (including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud), and act as an advisor to organizations by staying up-to-date on the latest trends and issues. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Join us as we build systems to change our clients for the better.

In our Charleston Digital Hub, you’ll feel the electricity of our team. We’re working together to solve tough challenges, but we also let off some steam. Our team bonds through riding adult size big wheels and scooters, playing ping pong, and bring your dog to work Fridays. An important mission, a great team, a fun workplace – join Booz Allen's Charleston Digital Hub.
