Command and Control Interoperability Board Support Specialist

Key Role:

Serve as the Coalition C2 Country program manager in the EUCOM J67 and maintain responsibility for establishing, maintaining, executing, and facilitating EUCOM’s Command and Control Interoperability Program (CIP) for the USEUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Support Building Partner Capability (BPC) through the use and guidance of DoD and national policies and directives that enables the disclosure, release, and transfer of US technology and information systems security (INFOSEC) products or associated communications security (COMSEC) information to foreign governments. Support the US national policy that governs the release of information assurance products and classified information to foreign governments.  

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with supporting Theater Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Interoperability, or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases

-Knowledge of COMSEC devices and requirements to transfer to foreign partners

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with using Tasker Management Tool (TMT)

-Knowledge of collaboration tools, telecommunications tools, Tactical Data Links, including Link–16 and Link–11, cross–domain solutions and information sharing solutions, including RM, CPN, and TNE, and COMSEC regulations, including CJCS Instructions, Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) policies, national agency policies, and Command regulations

-Ability to comprehend and analyze complex communication architectures, Cybersecurity requirements and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF), and cross–domain solutions (CDS)

-Possession of excellent oral and college–level written communication skills
