Contract Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Support complex government services contracts, including fixed price, T&M, or cost type contracts for digital solutions services, such as software development life cycle and other IT services. Work closely with business development, functional delivery, and acquisition teams in providing contracting advice and support. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggest proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended bid strategy. Assist with proposal development, including solicitation reviews, risk identification, and the development of mitigation strategies. Negotiate and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with prime contractors and the US government in accordance with firm templates and policies. Provide subject matter expertise on contract terms and conditions from pre-award through post-award and develop and recommend solutions to challenges proactively. Monitor trends in federal procurement and the impact to the account portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation

-Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M, and cost reimbursable

-Experience with non-traditional contracting methodologies

-Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and plans

-Experience in negotiating with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements

-Knowledge of contracting terms and conditions designed to reasonably bound risk

-Knowledge of FAR and DoD agency supplements, including the Navy and Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS)

-Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships with internal and external clients and support a quick-paced, high-volume, and diverse workload successfully

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

 Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
