Corporate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Project Specialist

Key Role:

Perform the day-to-day activities of Booz Allen’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. Support activities to identify, track, manage, and report on the firm’s enterprise risks. Guide risk owners, work with teams and guide them under formal risk management framework and process, including development, execution, and monitoring of risk mitigation plans for the firm. Maintain responsibility for the firm’s key risk framework and execute its update process. Draft a quarterly discussion document for the ERM Steering Committee and the quarterly ERM report for Booz Allen's board of directors. Identify opportunities to mature and improve the ERM program, including risk sensing, risk assessment, analytics, reporting, and metrics. Assist with development and annual planning for ERM activities and provide analytical support for budgets and resources. Contribute insight and expertise to the firm’s broader risk management activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience working in a professional environment, including ERM project management, developing and operating an ERM process, and performing a broad-based risk management or strategic risk consulting role for executive and senior management

-Experience with designing, developing, and analyzing formal risk assessments at an enterprise level

-Knowledge of project management principles

-Ability to frame and evaluate complex issues quickly

-Ability to apply sound practices to form strategies for addressing

-Ability to evaluate and comprehend issues from a wide array of perspectives, including operational, financial and strategic

-Ability to manage and execute multiple complex projects within required timelines and expectations required

-Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest standard of ethics and integrity

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
-Knowledge of the government contracting industry

-Ability to facilitate meetings and conduct briefings proficiently

-Ability to add value by leveraging cross-functional resources

-Possession of excellent interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and presentation skills
