Corporate Financial Analyst Lead

Key Role:

Conduct detailed financial evaluation, modeling, and analysis to support a variety of financial decisions for internal account leadership and leverage expertise to develop and influence strategic business decisions.  Maintain responsibility for financial and administrative activities, including budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting for internal account leadership. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plan, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. Provide functional expertise to internal account leadership by supporting business operations through dedicated business relationships. Leverage broad expertise to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, create formal networks involving coordination among groups, and act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Provide proactive policy, compliance, and risk mitigation guidance to commercial market leadership and work with internal account leadership team to expand areas of responsibility and educate on and mitigate risks.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with performing business and financial analyses

-7+ years of experience with financial processes, including financial forecasting and financial modeling

-7+ years of experience with budgeting, contracts, pricing, accounts receivable, and risk

-5+ years of experience in a commercial consulting environment

-Experience with leading and developing a team in a dynamic environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis

-Ability to analyze multiple data sets and inputs to determine trends and opportunities

-Ability to be detail-oriented and effectively communicate strategic implications to senior leadership

-Ability to quickly learn and use a variety of financial systems to independently prepare and analyze financial reports

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Discover

-Experience with Hyperion

-Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

-BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
