Corporate People Services Summer Intern

Key Role:

Provide HR administrative support to HR business partners, including work activities in performance management, compensation, policy interpretation, and HRIS system. Work closely with the HRS team to build client consulting expertise, including communication, approach, asking probing questions, problem-solving, influencing, establishing trust, effective listening, and time management. Focus on learning the HRS core tasks. Develop HRIS technology expertise to best support client requests that are coming in to the team.

Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

-Ability to collaborate with others

-Ability to present findings

-Rising senior scheduled to obtain a BA or BS degree in May or June 2020

-Pursuing a BA or BS degree in Human Resources

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with conducting research

-Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and apps at an intermediate to advanced level

-Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

-Possession of excellent listening skills
