Corporate Quality Client Satisfaction Project Manager

Key Role:

Leverage your abilities as a visionary leader and superlative communicator in this highly impactful role responsible for building and maintaining relationships across Booz Allen to promote and champion the Booz Allen corporate quality program. Engage with both peer groups and senior leaders across the firm to strengthen comprehension of the quality program initiatives and its mission. Support with outreaches and creative connection methods, elevate enterprise wide awareness of the program and its approaches. Serve as a liaison across markets to boost the reach and impact of the quality program to champion the quality office’s client satisfaction initiatives, and oversee contractor performance assessment reports, client satisfaction surveys, and quality diagnostics. Lead the firm’s independent quality assessment (IQA) program, and conduct a series of interviews, coordinates client interviews, and performs documentation reviews to enhance program execution. Work with teams and programs across the company to share best practices and lessons learned to help in improving client satisfaction. 

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience working in business environments providing support to clients

-Experience with developing and leading change management communication initiatives and with facilitating enterprise wide collaborative efforts

-Experience in briefing senior leaders

-Experience in creating and fostering relationships across business units

-Experience in leading a small or medium team

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in conducting assessments

-Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or another standard

-Experience operating in a CMMI appraised environment

-Ability to use Microsoft office tools to create forms in Microsoft Word, write macros in Excel, and design templates in PowerPoint

-Knowledge of Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs)

-PMP certification
