Counterintelligence and HUMINT Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a mission support analyst and provide strategic-level, analytic support to offensive counterintelligence (CI) operations for an Army client. Support the client operations officer in staffing processes for all operations. Interact regularly with government agency counterparts to promote the client’s mission, maintain a common operating picture for the client's operational portfolio, and provide situational awareness of DoD–wide operational trends. Create analytic products, including link analysis charts and thematic timelines, conduct trend and social network analysis, build and vet targeting packages, conduct database checks, and track foreign intelligence and security service (FISS) personnel or extremists specifically in support of client operations. Assess broad trends across operations, develop future operational leads, and de–conflict current and future targets and venues. Follow foreign military, political, and science and technology developments to assess implications for operational planning.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in one or all of the major intelligence disciplines

-2+ years of experience with conducting or providing analytic support to counterintelligence or counterespionage investigations

-2+ years of experience with conducting counterintelligence or all–source analysis

-Experience with briefing senior military and civilian decision makers

-Experience with M–3, i2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir, and other IC resources

-Knowledge of Foreign Intelligence Services and modus operandi

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with developing concise analytical products

-Knowledge of the Army's organizational structure and counterintelligence mission preferred

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph as directed or applicable by client

-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
