Crypto Analyst

Key Role:

Support a comprehensive Cryptographic Modernization (CM) research and analysis effort for the US Army. Research, analyze, and evaluate programmatic, technical, and operational requirements, including related components, systems, and infrastructure in various stages of their life cycles, such as capabilities analysis, design, development, implementation, and deployment. Perform research and analysis activities and prepare technical documentation, including architectures, concepts of operations, capability requirements, gap analyses, and other related documentation. Perform trade studies to evaluate the merits of various technical and programmatic strategies to develop and field CM solutions, document the costs, risks, advantages, and disadvantages, and recommend specific courses of action.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with acquisition and technical expertise in a DoD CM program

-3+ years of experience with COMSEC and Key Management

-Experience with End Cryptographic Units (ECUs)

-Experience with the US government or Military

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree or 6+ years of experience in the Military or US government in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS)

-Experience with conducting studies and analyses

-Experience with market research

-Experience with Cryptographic Modernization

-Ability to travel between 25%-50% of the time CONUS

-BA or BS degree in a technical or engineering field

Clearance:
