Cyber Center Security Cooperation Specialist

Key Role:

Support strategic Cyberspace planning efforts seeking to accomplish EUCOM Theater Strategy and Commanders Priorities through engagements with European countries. Assist with leading and executing a wide variety of projects and activities throughout the European theater, including strategic planning of table-top exercises, familiarization activities, conferences, bilateral and multi-lateral events, and key leader engagements to achieve preferred Cyber end-states for a specific country. Support the prioritization and synchronization of all planned engagement activities in the EUCOM AoR by working collaboratively across EUCOM directorates, USCYBERCOM, and inter-agency organizations. Provide course of action recommendations pertaining to security cooperation support to building Cyberspace partnership initiatives with NATO allies, the NATO organization, and European Partner nations. Support the management of a portfolio of countries by building information sharing relationships, identifying Cyber goals and objectives, and developing country cooperation roadmaps with a plan for achieving set goals. Coordinate and work closely with desk officers, foreign country embassy staff, and bilateral affairs officers.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting security cooperation activities, military-to-military engagements, or government-to-government partnerships

-5+ years of experience with conducting strategic-level planning, developing partnerships, or building multi-year engagement road maps

-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

-5+ years of experience with developing and delivering briefings to senior leadership
-Ability to travel throughout Europe for approximately eight trips annually with a valid passport

-Ability to manage planning efforts of multiple events independently

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Combatant Command exercise support and planning

-Knowledge of Cyber terminology, Combatant Command structure and authorities, DoD, NATO, and international Cyber organizations

-Ability to show fluency in European languages

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
