Cyber Penetration Tester

Key Role:
Participate in analyzing, engineering, integrating, implementing, testing, deploying, maintaining, reviewing, and administering the infrastructure, hardware, and software required to manage the security and risk posture of the network and resources effectively. Assist with applying the systems engineering life cycle to translating strategic Cyber objectives, technology, and environmental conditions into engineering outcomes and solutions. Assist with selecting and applying processes and methodologies to meet Cyber performance objectives. Assist with configuring Cyber systems to meet user requirements. Support the acquisition of hardware and software, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with working in the intelligence community

-Experience with the systems engineering life cycle

-Knowledge of security principles, approaches, and technologies

-Knowledge of software or Cyber security best practices

-Knowledge of information security or IT principles and approaches

-Ability to be a team player and work in a collaborative environment

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-3-5 years of experience as a tester or Cyber analyst

-Experience with the installation, configuration, and administration of IT resources, including Windows, Linux, and network software products

-Experience with database formats, queries, structures, and schema

-Knowledge of operating systems at the administrative or kernel level

-Knowledge of software vulnerabilities and exploits

-Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
-Ability to be self-motivated

-Ability to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
