Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst

Key Role:

Join a team of security professionals that provide DoD clients assurance that complex IT systems and networks meet security controls and standards. Serve as an onsite Booz Allen liaison to CONUS teams supporting the clients via Cybersecurity assessments and inspections. Plan and execute system scans to meet client requirements, analyze results, develop reports to be used to determine system vulnerabilities and risk posture, and provide recommendations for remediation to achieve desired security and risk posture. Support clients with Cyber operations planning and reporting. Coordinate with Combatant Commands and service component Cyber commands. Create briefs based on Cyber intelligence and analysis for general officer consumption and attend Cyber operations meetings and working groups. Apply expertise in Cyber planning support to real world operations and exercises and participate in testing, deploying, and administering the infrastructure hardware and software required to manage the organization’s Cybersecurity operational services effectively. Review and maintain the suite of Cybersecurity documents and ensure all coordination is done with the various accreditation activities and keep documentation up to date.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with leveraging expertise in Cybersecurity expertise in a DoD environment

-2+ years of experience with Cybersecurity testing, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD directives

-2+ years of experience with the DoD Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), DoD Host Based Security System (HBSS), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Compliance Checker Tool, Vulnerator, and STIG Viewer

-2+ years of experience with developing Cybersecurity documentation, artifacts, risk assessment reports, or plan of action and milestone documents
-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with leveraging expertise in Cybersecurity in a DoD environment or BA or BS degree

-CompTIA Security+ CE or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or above

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in a Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) environment

-Experience with Windows, VMWare, or OS systems administration or network administration, including Cisco routers and switches

-Experience with WSUS, SCCM, and Tanium

-Experience with supporting assessment and authorization (A&A) activities, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) 800-53

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-MS degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a Business field

-CISSP, CASP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certifications or above

-Operating System Certifications, including MCSA, MCSE, or VMware

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
