Cybersecurity Program Support Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support all phases of the program management life cycle for a DoD client program office. Perform coordination activities to support schedule and project management for a Cybersecurity program. Develop and update routine reporting documentation, including weekly and monthly deliverables while leveraging best practices and program templates. Attend client meetings, capture action items and meeting minutes, document any technical action items in the integrated master schedule, and communicate with stakeholders, as needed. Evaluate Cyber program requirements and gather and analyze information, then prepare data call responses and responses to information requests. Assist the client with preparing program-level meetings, briefings, or conference and meeting summaries for program-wide distribution. Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management and acquisition support.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with project management
-Experience with creating executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, and briefings

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Security+ Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools

-Experience with Cybersecurity technologies and systems engineering

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Secret clearance
