Cyberspace Joint Operations Planner

Key Role:

Provide support to the Partnership Development Division within the client. Support the development of strategic partnerships with various domestic and international governmental entities or organizations and conduct tasks associated with planning, coordinating, and preparing USCYBERCOM for meetings, conferences, and visits with allies, services, agencies, CCMDs, and other parties, including visit coordination, logistics, and Command information packages. Advance US military cooperation with international partners in the area of Cyberspace security and operations based on DoD policy guidance. Compile and coordinate approval packages for international agreements, planning, supporting, and assessing security cooperation activities, and organizing and supporting international engagements. Ensure all USCYBERCOM international affairs activities follow DoD international agreements and security cooperation processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as a Joint operation planner or 1 year of experience as a Joint operation planner with completion of an Advanced Service Planner School, including SAMS, SAASS, or JAWS

-Knowledge of the JOPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats and guidance

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree or 5 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Completion of specialized education in military joint operation planning through the Joint Professional Military Education Phase II (JPME II) or JIOPC, or other similar military operation planning courses

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
