Cyberspace Training Specialist

Key Role:

Support a government client in the development of job qualification standards (JQS) and job qualification requirements (JQR) booklets for each position within the directorate. Combine elements of various sources of mission essential tasks, including Defense Cyberspace Warfare Framework (DCWF), Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETLs), National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE), and unique operational requirements of the government client. Work with JQS and JQR to qualify government personnel in performing certain duties and aid in the evaluation of knowledge and expertise. Support the assessment’s effectiveness and training, evaluation of training objectives for various functional activities, identify and track observations and lessons learned, and assist with developing professional development planning for government client personnel. Work as a Cyberspace training specialist to support the ground level of the development for these booklets and help craft an implementation plan for the client to use the JQS and JQR to support organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with training

-Ability to pay attention to detail

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with contributing to the development and maintenance of Joint standards for training

-Experience with supporting a Combatant Command

-Experience with contributing substantive content to the development and maintenance of training curriculums, Joint Cyber Training and Certification Standards, and other training documentation and guidance

-Experience with creating and implementing training evaluation programs, including planning, implementing, and assessing the program

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
