You Have:

-Experience in leading and managing large-scale projects and programs, including defining, establishing, and leading business development and technical solution delivery of Army communications programs with DoD or Federal Civilian

-Knowledge of systems engineering and Army C4ISR systems, network initialization, and communications security

-Knowledge of multiple business management departments, including finance, subcontracting, contracting, purchasing, and recruiting

-Ability to provide strategic advice to senior management in negotiations, risk assessment, and other business development initiatives, including development of strategic vision and direction

-Ability to lead, shape, and execute medium-to-large business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and grow in previously undeveloped market spaces

-Ability to provide technical project- and program-level oversight and thought leadership to drive the completion of high-quality client deliverables and manage client relationships

-Ability to plan and manage projects to meet delivery, quality, schedule, and cost goals for engineering and technical assistance efforts in support of an Army PM tactical communications customer, supervise staff and manage budgets, schedules, and project operations, and implement overall business process improvements and project management best practices

-Secret clearance

-BS degree

-PMP Certification

Nice to Have:

-Experience with managing projects in the Army PM community of a PEO

-Experience with the Military, command climate, and military infrastructure

-Experience as a former Army Signal or Acquisition Commissioned Officer preferred

-Experience with the Army contracting process and DoD 5000 acquisition process

-Ability to brief senior military, government civilian, and company personnel

-BS degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred; MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or a related technical field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
