Environmental Administrative Professional, Mid

Key Role:

Monitor and audit company operations on a regular basis to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain required environmental operational procedures to ensure company and employee awareness and comprehension and adherence to approved health, safety, and environmental practices. Develop and maintain a program for issuing empty and receiving full hazardous waste containers. Coordinate packaging, labeling, and transportation of hazardous waste to an approved treatment, storage, and disposal facility. Review wastewater analytical reports and inspect company facilities to ensure wastewater discharges meet local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and submit written recommendations to management and necessary government paperwork, interface with regulatory agencies, as required, and provide work leadership for junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with meeting support, including development of an agenda, meeting materials, visual media, meeting minutes, fact sheets, and brochures

-Experience with logistics support, including meeting arrangements, coordination, and invitations

-Experience with using and applying computer software, including Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Experience with Task Manager Tool, Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), and the Defense Travel System

-Knowledge of Air Force civil engineering and environmental restoration missions

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
