F-35 Prognostics Health Management Analyst

Key Role:
Produce reports or briefings on the state of individual aircraft and fleet trends via analysis of prognostic health management (PHM) and maintenance data. Assess PHM performance data, performance issues, and root cause analysis and provide process or system level PHM performance improvement recommendations. Advance topics for improvement, including data collection and scoring done in the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS), including proposed life management updates.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with programming or scripting

-Experience with MATLAB, Mini-TAB 17, or Tableau software tools

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in Engineering or CS

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with relational databases, including MySQL or PostgreSQL

-Experience with logistics data analysis

-Experience with defense acquisition or sustainment

-Experience with modeling, optimization, and decision analysis

-Knowledge of advanced diagnostics, PHM designs, technologies, and processes, and their interrelationship with fighter aircraft operational and sustainment processes

-Knowledge of Joint organizations and processes

-Knowledge of logistics support structure and resource requirement processes

-Ability to show fluency in a variety of programming languages, including Python, R, Perl, C/C++, JavaScript, and shell scripting 

-Possession of excellent leadership and decision making skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in Engineering, CS, Logistics, or Business
